Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product & Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the support ticket queue and day-to-day operations
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and support troubleshooting
  • Lead implementation and optimization of support tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in technical support or similar within a SaaS environment
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing support teams or individual contributors
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS at a debugging level
  • Strong understanding of API calls and integrations
  • Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or similar
