Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Product & Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the support ticket queue and day-to-day operations
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and support troubleshooting
- Lead implementation and optimization of support tools and processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical support or similar within a SaaS environment
- 2-3+ years of experience managing support teams or individual contributors
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS at a debugging level
- Strong understanding of API calls and integrations
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or similar
