Product and Design Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product experience for Canopie, the full-time Product and Design Lead will manage the product roadmap, prioritize feature development, and design user experiences across mobile and web platforms, while working remotely with quarterly travel.

Key responsibilities

• Set and continuously reprioritize the Canopie product roadmap, ensuring product decisions are accountable and aligned with user needs
• Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research to production-ready specifications, while maintaining a cohesive design system
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively, facilitating trade-off discussions as necessary

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building digital products end-to-end, including 3+ years in product ownership and roadmap decision-making
• A strong product-design portfolio showcasing complex digital products across mobile and responsive web
• Background in clinical environments, with the ability to translate clinical logic into user-friendly experiences
• Exceptional visual design skills and experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with user research methodologies to inform design decisions
