Product and Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Engineering Manager to lead the development of cloud-based SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of .NET MVC and MAUI developers building Azure-hosted SaaS products
• Collect feature requests and feedback from customer service, sales, and key clients
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine requirements and technical direction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 6-10 years of software development or engineering leadership experience
• Strong background in C# .NET, MVC architecture, and Azure cloud services
• Experience managing or building MAUI or cross-platform mobile applications
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, Jira workflows, and release schedules
