Product and Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of cloud-based SaaS applications, the full-time remote Product and Engineering Manager will shape product roadmaps, drive engineering teams, ensure code quality, and manage timely releases while offering a fast-track path to higher leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and prioritize feature requests and feedback to drive product improvements and alignment with market needs
• Lead a team of .NET MVC and MAUI developers, promoting code quality standards and fostering a culture of accountability
• Manage work items in Jira, track progress, and ensure timely and stable releases while mitigating delivery risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8-12 years of experience in software development, technical product management, or engineering leadership in B2B SaaS environments
• Strong background in C# .NET, MVC architecture, and Azure cloud services
• Experience in leading the development of web and cross-platform mobile applications, preferably using MAUI
• Proven ability to manage Jira workflows and deliver complex SaaS products on schedule
