Product and Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product and Experience Designer, the ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design initiatives, enhance user experiences, and support marketing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from discovery to launch across web and mobile platforms, creating intuitive workflows and interfaces
• Map user experiences and facilitate workshops to identify and address friction points in digital products
• Support marketing campaigns through visual design and maintain cohesion across product experiences and brand expression

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of design experience, particularly in creating cohesive experiences across multiple products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC, with the ability to produce detailed design artifacts
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and the ability to communicate clearly
• Understanding of user personas and the ability to distill complex needs into effective solutions
• Experience in healthcare delivery design is preferred but not required
