• Demonstrated experience in product, innovation, analytics, strategy, or market research within healthcare or a related industry
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights
• Experience collaborating across product, analytics, marketing, operations, and sales organizations
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced environment
• Undergraduate degree required
