Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Privacy Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, cloud services, and hardware products
• Manage intellectual property matters, including software and hardware assets
• Oversee data privacy and security compliance programs

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house at a major tech company
• Strong foundation in product liability, IP, and data compliance
• Skilled at working directly with technical and engineering teams
