Product and Privacy Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the Legal Team's product and privacy initiatives, the full-time salaried Product and Privacy Paralegal will manage documentation, track regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and privacy legal matters by documenting product functionality and maintaining compliance records
• Partner with various teams to facilitate legal workflows related to products and services
• Draft and manage privacy-related documents, including DPAs and privacy notices, under attorney guidance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in-house at a global technology company
• Strong experience in product, privacy, marketing, and regulatory legal matters
• Familiarity with global privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA
• Experience drafting and reviewing privacy documentation under attorney supervision
• Proficiency in GenAI tools and related legal considerations
