Job Summary

Supporting the Legal Team's product and privacy initiatives, the full-time salaried Product and Privacy Paralegal will manage legal workflows, maintain compliance documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and privacy legal matters, including tracking regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance records
• Partner with various teams to facilitate legal workflows related to products and services
• Draft and manage privacy-related documents, and assist with research on privacy laws and compliance topics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or technology company
• Strong experience with product, privacy, marketing, and regulatory legal matters
• Familiarity with global privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA
• Experience drafting and managing privacy-related documentation under attorney supervision
• Proficiency in using AI tools and legal technology to enhance efficiency
