Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Product and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on regulations related to prepaid, debit, and credit card products
• Monitor and analyze new regulations in the payments/financial services space
• Advise on compliance with payment laws and financial services regulations for existing and new products

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech or banking, focusing on prepaid, debit, and/or credit card space
• Deep understanding of payments industry laws, rules, and regulations
• Ability to independently drive complex projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Solid business focus with practical risk awareness
• JD degree and member in good standing of a State Bar
