Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to design and implement financial products while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Review customer-facing materials for compliance with federal and state laws and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Advise on regulatory matters and manage outside legal counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to a state bar
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in consumer lending and financial services
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal field
• Experience advising on consumer lending and technology-related legal issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
