Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the part-time Product and Technology Counsel will provide legal guidance on product development, technology transactions, and compliance matters while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contracts related to technology and product offerings
- Advising on regulatory compliance and risk management for technology initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment in product strategies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience in technology law, intellectual property, or product development
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
