Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Architect to engage in pre-sale activities and define product solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect solutions tailored to client needs while adhering to product standards
• Collaborate with Sales to provide technical support for non-standard solutions, including demos and pricing assistance
• Ensure successful implementation of non-standard solutions by overseeing client deliverables and implementation team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 9 years of experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in customizing products and services to meet client business needs
• Ability to articulate client requirements and align them with product functionality
• Experience in overseeing implementation processes and client interactions
