Product Associate Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Product Associate Director in a fully remote capacity, this role will manage an individual product backlog while strategically overseeing the early-stage product portfolio for Decision Advantage, focusing on enterprise agentic orchestration and CBRNE sensor monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to identify product investments that enhance market dominance
• Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, empowering product teams to effectively meet strategic goals
• Coach product managers and UX designers to align with strategic direction and foster a user-centered culture

Required qualifications

• Experience creating products for government users in technology-restricted environments
• Background in information operations, intelligence, or targeting missions
• Familiarity with agentic AI, generative AI, and advanced analytics deployed in production environments
• Experience with B2B products that require significant product support or consulting
• Interest in supporting US government missions against foreign adversary propaganda
