Product Attorney with Blockchain Expertise

Job Summary

Supporting a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Product Attorney with Blockchain Expertise will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to advise on product development, review customer-facing legal documentation, and navigate legal and regulatory considerations for innovative financial technology products in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Advise product, engineering, and business teams on legal aspects of product development
• Review and draft customer-facing legal documentation related to fintech products
• Navigate legal and regulatory considerations for blockchain and digital asset technologies

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in technology or fintech product legal support
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, and emerging AI technologies
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Availability for a full-time commitment through mid-January
