Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Automation Specialist - Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for accounts payable, invoicing, and payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Implement and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Oracle, Power Automate, and Python
• Contribute to process reviews and identify opportunities for automation enhancements and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable support or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for AP and invoicing processes
• Understanding of compliance and internal controls within financial operations
• Professional certifications in automation technologies or financial operations (preferred)
