Job Summary

Product Builder is a full-time position focused on automating workflows across various departments using AI, responsible for spotting inefficiencies, developing solutions, and ensuring their effectiveness through evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and automate manual workflows across recruiting, finance, marketing, sales, and legal
• Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven applications and agents for operational efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product development, engineering, design, operations, or applied AI
• Proven ability to build and utilize daily-driver tools for personal and team use
• Familiarity with evaluating workflows and understanding agent design
• Strong analytical skills to interpret logs and traces for troubleshooting
• Demonstrated taste and a portfolio of work that reflects design sensibility
