Product Builder

Job Summary

To support independent restaurants in a competitive market, the full-time remote Product Builder will own the end-to-end development process, from understanding user needs to designing and shipping software solutions using AI-driven technology.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with restaurant operators to identify pain points and define product requirements
• Design user experiences, architect systems, write code, and ensure successful product outcomes
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and drive product excellence while maintaining high coding standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building and shipping software products
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, MongoDB) technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work across product management, engineering, and UX design roles
• Experience in a product-focused startup or high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of direct user engagement and genuine customer empathy
