Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Builder, this role will discover user problems, shape product direction, and iterate on improvements in the Operate web app experience while collaborating with customers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems in Operate through collaboration with customers and stakeholders
• Shape product direction with practical judgment and fast iteration focused on solving underlying issues
• Prototype, build, and iterate on product improvements across the Operate experience using AI tools effectively

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and shipping products in a software context
• Strong AI-native delivery habits, utilizing AI tools for drafts and iterations
• Ability to clearly describe and shape intended user experiences, including flow and accessibility
• Strong product and customer judgment, understanding user problems and making pragmatic decisions
• Sound technical judgment within established architectures, able to test and trace issues across frontend/backend boundaries
