Job Summary
Shaping the enterprise and governance experience of Camunda Hub, the full-time remote Product Builder will discover user problems, prototype and iterate product improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform administration and compliance features.
Key responsibilities
- Discover and clarify user problems for administrators and enterprise teams through collaboration with customers and engineers
- Shape product direction by iterating quickly and focusing on solving core user issues rather than just implementing requests
- Prototype and deliver product improvements across governance surfaces, ensuring quality and effective use of AI tools
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping products directly in a software environment
- Ability to work fluidly across product thinking, user experience, and hands-on delivery
- Strong collaboration skills in a remote-first, pod-based environment
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for product development and iteration
- Technical judgment to understand and contribute to both frontend and backend aspects of product development
