Key Responsibilities

• Design and roadmap for the Orchestrator system, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science
• Develop a measurement framework to align on metrics guiding decision-making for the Orchestrator
• Define content ingestion architecture and collaborate with partner teams to ensure alignment and contribution to the Orchestrator

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building or redesigning personalization or content orchestration systems
• Proven ability to navigate resource allocation challenges and build shared mental models
• Experience operating in an AI-native environment, directing AI-driven execution across product development
• Strong vision instinct with a track record of initiatives that produced significant company-level impact
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries and align stakeholder priorities
