Product Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support software product development, the full-time remote Product Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, drive product improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software functionality and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product performance and usage data to identify enhancement opportunities and recommend improvements
- Support Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, while collaborating with engineering and business teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or related fields
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Passion for AI, automation, and modern software development practices
