Product Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support software innovation and enhance user experiences, the full-time remote Product Business Analyst will manage product requirements, analyze customer behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful software improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements by translating business needs and customer feedback into user stories and workflows
• Analyze product usage and operational metrics to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements
• Build strong relationships with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or product management
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development environments
• Demonstrated ability to identify software improvements and process optimization opportunities independently
