Product Capability Manager

Job Summary

To support the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions transforming healthcare claims operations, the remote Product Capability Manager will manage stakeholder partnerships, drive capability vision and strategy, and lead product lifecycle management while focusing on AI-driven improvements in claim adjudication efficiency and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value
• Define success metrics and manage product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and enhancement
• Translate complex claims processing rules into structured requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-assisted claims workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer operations, consulting, or technology delivery
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare claims processing, including eligibility and coding logic
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and product management
• Experience defining AI use case strategy and measurable success metrics
