Product Catalog Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Catalog Specialist to manage catalog operations and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely product creation, updates, activations, and deactivations across all platforms while proactively resolving data issues
• Independently manage daily catalog operations and act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding catalog and pricing inquiries
• Track and handle catalog requests and issues using JIRA or similar tools, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with SLAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, with 0-1 year of relevant experience and 3 years of overall office experience
• Knowledge of HTML is required; experience with HCL Commerce or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on documentation and data accuracy
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to catalog and product systems is preferred
