Product Catalog Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Catalog Specialist to support catalog operations and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product creation, updates, activations, and deactivations while resolving data issues
• Manage daily catalog operations and serve as a point of contact for internal teams on inquiries
• Track and handle catalog requests using JIRA, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with SLAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field with 0-1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of HTML is required; experience with HCL Commerce or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to catalog and product systems is preferred
