A company is looking for a Product Category Director - Fleece & New Categories to lead innovation and product development in a key category.

Key Responsibilities

• Own category product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and launch

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in product development or category leadership within apparel or consumer brands
• Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, or a related field
• Deep expertise across the full product development lifecycle
• Proven experience operating at the Director level or higher in high-growth consumer brands
• Strong analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product decisions
