Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Category Director - Athleisure, Outerwear, & Collabs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own category product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization
• Monitor product performance and use insights to refine future development

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience in product development or category leadership within apparel or consumer brands
• Deep expertise in the full product development lifecycle
• Proven experience operating at the Director level or higher in high-growth consumer brands
• Strong category expertise with a track record of identifying innovation opportunities
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational details in product development
