Job Summary

Leading product innovation and development, the full-time remote Product Category Director in Fleece & New Categories will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with market trends and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own category product vision and long-term growth strategy while identifying new product opportunities through market analysis
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategy with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience in product development, management, or category leadership within apparel or consumer brands
• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering products on time while maintaining high quality and brand integrity
• Strong expertise in the full product development lifecycle and identifying innovation opportunities
• Hands-on leadership experience in high-growth or global consumer brands
