Job Summary

Driving product and packaging changes, the full-time contract Product Change Manager will manage commercialization projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and compliant delivery while fostering cross-functional collaboration in East Hanover, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards
• Lead the stage-gate process, coordinating cross-functional readiness and facilitating leadership decision-making
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers while monitoring project performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in project coordination or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
• Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
• PMP certification and MS Project knowledge are a plus
