Product Change Manager

Job Summary

Managing commercialization projects, the remote Product Change Manager will oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the stage-gate process and prepare governance documentation for decision-making
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage project communications to engage stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in project coordination or product commercialization in FMCG or related industries
• Recent experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is mandatory
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
