Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Product Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for existing and new products, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer segmentation
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance sales readiness
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell initiatives and lifecycle monetization


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in product commercialization or related roles in B2B environments
  • Experience with technology, IoT, hardware + software, or industrial products
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market modeling and performance measurement
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, along with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
