Product Communications Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Product Communications Manager, the individual will develop and manage product communications and related deliverables for launches and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements, working in a hybrid environment from either Houston, TX, or Woodland Hills, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product and partner communications for product launches and ongoing maintenance
• Coordinate review and approval processes with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy of communications
• Maintain consistent product terminology and messaging across all customer and advisor-facing channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in communications, product management, or content governance
• Exceptional ability to translate complex product concepts into clear language
• Experience collaborating across business units and functions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools
