Product Communities Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop community goals aligned with department objectives to enhance member engagement
• Serve as the design expert for member engagement opportunities, supporting event planning and logistics
• Act as project manager for signature events and core product deliverables, ensuring they meet member needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management or event planning, preferably for large-scale events
• Two or more years of experience in direct association or event planning coordination
• Proven collaboration experience with entrepreneurs on various projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools, with some graphic design capabilities
