Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Complaints Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaint processes including logging, tracking, and documentation of complaints
- Lead routine complaint management meetings and ensure timely investigation progress
- Collaborate with teams to determine customer restitution and manage complaint metrics and reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related Technical field preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Customer Complaint Management within the Medical Device industry preferred
- Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of mechanics and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of quality systems including procedures and documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments with the ability to collaborate across various departments
