Product Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Product Compliance Analyst, responsible for ensuring products comply with regulatory expectations and internal frameworks, collaborating with various teams, and assessing risks in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk assessments for payment networks and digital asset payment flows
• Oversee assessments for compliance tooling, transaction traceability, and regulatory alignment
• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure compliance and risk management standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or risk management
• 7+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, with 3 years in product compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and global payments regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience assessing compliance and operational risk in payment networks or regulated platforms
• Deep knowledge of virtual assets and blockchain technology
