Product Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Product Compliance Analyst will manage the design, review, and implementation of customer-facing forms while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the intake and tracking of requests for new or revised forms, adhering to established governance processes
• Design and revise forms in collaboration with various internal teams, ensuring usability and compliance with regulations
• Maintain version control and documentation for forms, supporting regulatory readiness and compliance verification

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in forms, print, or graphic design
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in records management or quality assurance within a regulated environment is preferred
• Proficiency with form design tools such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Familiarity with electronic forms and eSignature workflows
