Product Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance in product development within the fintech and payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance to product teams during design and build phases for compliant go-to-market strategies
• Lead product governance efforts, documenting and tracking compliance requirements through implementation
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments for new product launches while educating teams on compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance programs within regulated financial services, preferably in fintech/payments and banking
• Experience in evaluating products for compliance risk and implementing solutions with stakeholders
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial crimes/AML practices relevant to the industry
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret regulations and incorporate them into a comprehensive compliance program
