Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Compliance - Money Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting financial products
• Translate legal requirements into operational guidance and product specifications
• Support audits and develop policies related to merchant lending regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in the financial services industry, preferably fintech
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to financial products
• Experience maintaining a fintech compliance program and managing bank partnerships
• Ability to work with ambiguity and synthesize complex information
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred)
