Product Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Compliance Officer to support its Product Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance on compliance requirements for new and existing products
• Monitor complaint data to identify trends and escalate concerns as appropriate
• Support internal and external compliance reviews and assist in compliance issue management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance advisory, risk management, or control functions within financial services
• Knowledge of consumer financial product regulations such as UDAAP, ECOA, TILA, and others
• Ability to analyze compliance risks and propose practical solutions
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; CRCM or similar certification preferred
