Product Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, the full-time Product Compliance Specialist will independently manage the coordination and implementation of regulatory changes, support complex rate and form updates, and maintain filing accuracy, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate regulatory changes for designated lines of business
• Implement and monitor revisions from Rate Service Organizations for compliance
• Prepare and complete rate/rule and form filings with state insurance departments

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting or product development
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
• Completion of a Program in General Insurance
• Associate in Underwriting designation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
