Product Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the coordination and implementation of regulatory changes, the full-time Senior Product Compliance Specialist will ensure compliance while supporting complex rate, rule, and form updates, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements available for candidates within 50 miles of office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communicate, and monitor regulatory changes for designated lines of business
• Implement and communicate revisions from Rate Service Organizations (ISO, NCCI, AAIS, etc.) to ensure compliance
• Complete rate/rule and form filings with state insurance departments and maintain filing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting or product development
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
• Completion of a Program in General Insurance
• Associate in Underwriting designation preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
