Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and discovery meetings to understand customer goals and provide relevant product information
• Design technical workflows and best practices for product configuration and customer success
• Analyze and document business processes while ensuring exemplary customer service and communication management

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years of professional experience
• Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience in the enterprise software space
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and relationship management
• Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• US Citizenship (non-dual) required
