Product Configuration Specialist
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Product Configuration Specialist will design, standardize, and optimize recipe and task build solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategy, framework, standards, and best practices for recipe and application/task build processes
- Analyze customer workflows and operational requirements to design and build scalable, efficient solutions
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and governance standards for high-quality delivery across implementations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation or workflow configuration, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in process optimization, standardization, and operational improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements and design efficient solutions
- Familiarity with Jotform or similar workflow configuration platforms
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
