Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Consultant to manage customer implementations and provide technical expertise for their products.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements to enhance customer satisfaction and adoption
Plan and manage project tasks, decisions, and escalations to meet long-term customer objectives
Build strong relationships with customer admins and act as a trusted consultant on leveraging the CLM platform

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of experience working with businesses to understand needs and apply technology solutions
4+ years of consulting experience in Software or Software-as-a-Service industries
Experience with implementing workflow/BPM software and understanding document management systems
Proven track record of delivering projects within budget
