Product Consultant

Job Summary

Managing product post-launch, the full-time remote Product Consultant will oversee vendor relationships, support sales training, and analyze product efficacy while collaborating with multi-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manages external vendors, including onboarding and resolving client issues
• Analyzes product efficacy and develops customer support initiatives to enhance member satisfaction
• Maintains documentation of product methodologies and prepares reports on healthcare utilization trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience
• Three years of product experience in relevant areas such as wellness or virtual care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing multiple product lines
• Knowledge of backend claims and contract SLAs
