Product Content Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time Product Content Analyst will enhance the e-commerce catalog by reviewing and editing item content, managing large data sets, and collaborating with the Site Merchandising Team while operating in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and edit item content to meet quality standards and enhance the e-commerce catalog
• Manage large data sets in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and ensure proper item classification
• Monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy and conduct periodic audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 0 years of professional experience; 1-2 years of relevant internship experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use spreadsheets for problem-solving and maintaining attention to detail
• Drive for continuous improvement of complex business processes
