Product Content Manager

Job Summary

Creating and managing product content and documentation, the full-time temporary Product Content and Documentation Manager will establish content frameworks, consolidate materials across products, and ensure documentation meets the needs of various audiences within the payments ecosystem, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create product content and documents to support education, adoption, and implementation of products
• Establish and communicate standards for content structure and organization to enhance usability for end-users
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to gather and deliver quality documentation tailored for different user personas, particularly developers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience creating product content and technical documentation for internal and external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership over documentation strategy
• Experience gathering technical content from Product and Engineering teams
• Ability to establish and enforce content standards across a portfolio of products
