Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Corporate Counsel to navigate legal complexities and support product legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product legal strategy and execution, focusing on data, AI, compliance, contracts, and M&A
• Partner with internal teams to streamline legal workflows and support business expansion
• Oversee core legal work in-house while collaborating with external counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
• Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top-tier firm serving tech clients
• Strong understanding of U.S. and European data privacy laws
• M&A experience preferred
