Product Cost Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Maintenance & Cost Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new product records in the ERP system
• Source, review, and update vendor price lists and data sheets
• Manage inbound requests from shared mailboxes and support sales, procurement, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of product cost structures
• Strong analytical skills for organizing and validating data
• Two or more years' experience in sales, purchasing, or customer service
• Education equivalent to a High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in distribution and/or food service-related business preferred
